Cancellation and no-show policy

 

 

1. Cancellation and rescheduling

• No penalty - no later than 24 hours

• Less than 24 hours - 50% charge

If you are more than 15 minutes late and the master was able to accept the appointment, nothing will be charged. If you were able to reschedule the appointment and the client arrived on time, there is also no penalty.

 

2. No-show

A no-show is considered:

• Being late for more than 15 minutes without warning = no-show.

• If you were unable to accept the procedure on the day or did not reschedule it for another day, 100% of the procedure will be charged.

• 100% of the cost]

 

 

3. Policy Agreement

Online registration, prepayment or confirmation of registration means full agreement with this policy.
This is used to protect against chargebacks.
